Het ondernemerschap bij vrouwen verschilt wereldwijd sterk. Dat blijkt uit het recentste Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM)-rapport.

Meer kans

Factorgedreven economieën hebben de hoogste gemiddelde vrouwelijke TEA (Total Entrepreneurial Activity).

In deze economieën hebben vrouwen bijna een derde meer kans om een onderneming te starten uit noodzaak dan mannen.

Beleid

Het rapport vraagt aan het beleid om het onbenutte potentieel van vrouwen te maximaliseren en hen aan te moedigen om te ondernemen.

Although Horizon Europe (= the ninth European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation) is only halfway through, preparations for its successor have already begun. Therefore, in Flanders, the Working Group 12 of the Flemish Stakeholder Platform for European Programmes (VEP), has drafted a reflection paper on the future FP10. A similar exercise was done in the past for the current Horizon Europe programme.
