Wat zijn de toekomstige STI-indicatoren?

Tijdens de OESO-conferentie "Blue Sky III" van 19 tot 21 september 2016 in Gent zullen meer dan 75 sprekers de volgende generatie van data en indicatoren bediscussiĆ«ren die nodig zijn om wetenschap en innovatie te monitoren.

Zes thema's

De debatten zijn gegroepeerd rond deze zes thema's:

  • What new models and tools for measuring science and innovation impacts?
  • Science and innovation policy-making in the Big Data era
  • Scope and limits of indicator use by STI policy
  • New data and frontier tools: the challenge for official statistics in science and innovation
  • Towards more inclusive science and innovation indicators
  • Looking forward: what data infrastructures and partnerships?

Het Pand

OECD Blue Sky heeft om de tien jaar plaats. Eerdere gaststeden waren Parijs (1996) en Ottawa (2006).  Het evenement wordt georganiseerd door departement EWI en Belspo in samenwerking met Stad Gent, Universiteit Gent, Gent BC en Toerisme Gent en heeft plaats in Het Pand.

Flanders Looks ahead to the Tenth European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation

Although Horizon Europe (= the ninth European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation) is only halfway through, preparations for its successor have already begun. Therefore, in Flanders, the Working Group 12 of the Flemish Stakeholder Platform for European Programmes (VEP), has drafted a reflection paper on the future FP10. A similar exercise was done in the past for the current Horizon Europe programme.
